  1. Available measurement time is always limited.
  2. The maximum allowable change of input signal is always limited.
  3. The maximum allowable change in the output may also be limited.
  4. Linearity assumption may be valid only for small region of operation.
  5. Disturbance signal having different components.example- deterministic, stochastic or completely unknown.
